ABOUT KALEI'S LUNCHBOX ʻOhana owned and ʻohana run - we are a part of the community and want to love up Maui with delicious, fresh, affordable food. Led by Chef Aaron Heath, previously of Cafe 808 in Kula, and his wife, Fran Heath, Kalei's Lunchbox operated their food truck in Kahului from 2016 to 2022. They returned to their brick and mortar roots at a restaurant in Pukalani in the middle of the pandemic in 2021. Their newest venture brings their beloved plate lunches to a restaurant in Wailuku at the Maui Lani Shopping center near Safeway.
